UIL Holdings Corporation Schedules Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2010 Earnings Release and Conference Call.

NEW HAVEN, Conn. -- UIL Holdings Corporation (NYSE: UIL) will be releasing its 2010 financial results for the fourth quarter and full year on Tuesday, February 22, 2011, after the market closes.

In conjunction with the earnings release, UIL will conduct a web cast conference call with financial analysts on Wednesday, February 23, 2011, beginning at 10:00 a.m. ET. UIL executive management will present an overview of the financial results followed by a question and answer session.
