RARE Hospitality International, Inc. (Nasdaq: RARE) today announced it will provide an on-line Web simulcast and rebroadcast of its 2003 second quarter earnings release conference call.

The live broadcast of RARE Hospitality International's quarterly conference call will be available on-line by going to www.rarehospitality.com and clicking on the link to Investor Relations. In addition, the broadcast can be accessed through www.vcall.com. Please go to the selected site at least 15 minutes prior to the call to register, download and install any necessary audio software. The call is scheduled to begin at 9:00 a.m. Eastern time on July 24, 2003. The on-line replay will follow shortly after the call and continue through October 23, 2003.
